Ali is a Northern California native living in Los Angeles. She is a NASM certified personal trainer, Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. She believes in a wholesome approach to fitness that focuses on strength, endurance and flexibility in both the body and the mind. Ali has taught a variety of fitness classes for all ages and abilities as well as private training sessions for individuals and couples. She fully believes that fitness has the ability to positively affect all aspects of your life and no matter where you are in life you have the power to pursue your individual health and wellness goals to lead a happy life.
